Lake Tobias Wildlife Park welcomes groups to a world of animals and an adventurous education. Many schools, recreational clubs, scout troops and businesses have discovered the value of our park as a destination for class trips, club outings and company picnics. May, September and October are ideal months to schedule group trips. During these weekdays, our park is not open to the general public making it easier for you to keep track of your group. We accept groups everyday the park is open as well as every weekday in May and Thursdays and Fridays in September and October. To receive group rates, you must have a minimum of 25 people (ages 3 years and older) AND pre-schedule your trip. Advance reservations are required for groups and must be made at least two weeks in advance of schedule date. For our handicapped and elderly visitors, please note that the park has gravel walkways. To schedule, call the park number (717) 362-9126 on Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The special group rates per person for 2012 Season are as follow:
(Children under 3 years of age are free for all attractions at the park)
Park Admission: $4.00 – all ages 3 years and older
(Includes Zoo Exhibits, Reptiles & Exotics Bldg. and Petting Zoo)
Safari Tour: $4.00 – all ages 3 years and older
Payment: You must call the park office for information on payment for your group. Please assign one person to be responsible for the total payment of the group. We accept cash, company checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Please Note: Children under the age of 13 years are NOT permitted to roam the park grounds without an adult. Groups are responsible to have an adequate number of adult chaperones. The Petting Zoo requires an adult accompany to children under 8 years of age.
