Lake Tobias Wildlife Park Vision
Our vision is to maintain an attraction that brings the family together and educates visitors of all ages about our natural world. Accessible and affordable, our park offers the opportunity to interact with mammals, birds, and reptiles.
Hours of Operation
The park is open daily from May through Labor Day, and on weekends in September and October. We are also open on Columbus Day 10 a.m.–6 p.m. For more information, please visit our hours page.
In order to keep our animals, we ask that you please follow our park rules. This includes treating all animals with respect and not bringing any alcohol or weapons onto the property. A more detailed list of rules can be found on our rules page.
Our safari bus and loading area is wheelchair-accessible. Additionally, our zoo exhibits may be viewed and accessed while in a wheelchair. It should be noted that some areas of the park are gravel-covered or on a slope. Transport or companion wheelchairs may be more difficult to push over these surfaces. Therefore, a wheelchair with large rear wheels is recommended. We also employ a certified first aid assistant and two first aid stations at the park.
Perfect for Events
Catch-and-release fishing is available for an additional $3 fee for guests 13 and over. Bring your bait and your fishing rod, and be prepared to catch bass, trout, and bluegills.
There are plenty of options near our park to accommodate out-of-town guests. Ramada Inn, Days Inn, and Red Roof Inn are all nearby for lodging. You’ll also find local camp grounds within a short driving distance away. For more information, please visit our accommodations page.
