J.R. Tobias Museum & Education Center

J.R. Tobias Museum & Education Center

The J.R. Tobias Museum & Education Center tells the story of how a marine turned his family homestead into a sprawling zoo that became a favorite family attraction for over 180,000 park visitors each year. Using videos, photos, artifacts, and hands-on exhibits, the museum entertains and educates visitors on the making of the park, the founder’s love of wildlife, and how we can all contribute to the conservation of our world’s endangered wildlife.
