Yaks are native to Asia. They have a bulky frame with long, shaggy wool that can reach the ground. Their wool helps insulate them from the cold of the high altitudes they thrive in. This wool is also naturally odor resistant.
Both male and female yaks have horns. Male horns can be anywhere from 19-39 inches long and female horns can be 11-25 inches long. Yaks also do not "moo" like most cattle typically do. Instead, they grunt or squeak.
